The Future Cities Accelerator is for young innovators ages 8-18 to step into the role of a City Planner, Entrepreneur, and Experience Designer for the week and beyond! We will go on a series of adventures and challenges where youth can create their own project or campaign with mentorship from social entrepreneurs along the way. Meet inspiring companies, while creating impact in your community. Join us in designing the future of Boulder!

We are partnering with the Museum of Boulder to provide an immersive, engaging environment that celebrates the spirit of Boulder.

Scholarship Application

  • Dream Tank Scholarships

    The Dream Tank Scholarship Program provides partial or full-tuition and fees for children residing in families with income at or below $75k for a family of four, or $35k for a single parent.

    It allows parents to work with the knowledge that their children are safe. It gives children educational and recreational opportunities for growth. Parents may choose from participating camps in Boulder.

    Applicants will be served on a First Come-First Scholarship, based on an accurate and complete application.

    Review the Criteria List to ensure you are providing the required documentation to determine eligibility.

  • Required Documentation

    Parents must provide all the applicable documentation:
    If you do not have all of these but have other ways to verify your financial need, please write a letter stating your situation and attach it here.
    a. Government issued photo identification for applicant within household (driver’s license, resident alien card, passport, employment authorization, Picture identification, other- as approved by Dream Tank staff).
    b. Proof of residency- one (1) of the following: utility bill, school record with camper’s name and address, driver license, free and reduced lunch from BVSD, other- as approved by Dream Tank staff
    c. Proof of legal guardianship- court documents, notarized letters, other- as approved by Dream Tank
    d. Proof of special need- Social Security, Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504
    e. Proof of Income for household, one of the below is sufficient:
    i. Earned- paystub; verification letter from employer, other- as approved by Dream Tank staff
    ii. Unearned- TANF, SSI, SSA/SSDI or other, as approved by Dream Tank staff
    iii. Any other income- unemployment, alimony, child-support, rental income, death benefits, etc.)
    iv. Free/ Reduced lunch letter from BVSD, in-lieu of earned income as approved by Dream Tank staff
